Pricing questions, answered
What would I actually pay each month?
Take the plan percentage of the rent and add the $69 flat fee. On a home renting for $2,000 a month, Essentials is $98 + $69 = $167, Signature is $138 + $69 = $207, and Summit is $178 + $69 = $247. Leasing and renewal fees are separate and only apply when a lease is signed.
What are the leasing and renewal fees?
Leasing is 50% of one month’s rent when we place a new tenant. A lease renewal with an existing tenant is 25% of one month’s rent. Both apply on every plan.
Do I pay anything while the property is vacant?
No. There are no vacancy fees on any plan. We only earn our management fee when you are collecting rent.
What about the cost of repairs?
Repair invoices from our vetted local vendors appear itemized on your monthly statement, so you always see what was done and what it cost. On Essentials, coordinating that work is a $99 add-on; on Signature and Summit it is included.
Is there a set-up fee?
Signature and Summit have no set-up fee. If you are considering Essentials, ask us and we will walk you through the full cost before you sign anything.
Do you offer portfolio pricing?
If you own several doors, tell us about the portfolio and we will put together pricing for the whole thing rather than quoting each property on its own.
