Program name
MVPM Tenant & Rental Messages, from Mountain Village Property Management LLC (“MVPM,” “we,” “us”).
What we text about
We send service text messages to residents, applicants, people asking about our rentals, and owners we work with, including:
- maintenance updates (request received, vendor scheduled, work done);
- showing scheduling and reminders;
- lease and rent reminders and account notices; and
- replies to questions you send us.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program. If we ever offer marketing texts, we will ask for your separate consent first.
Example: “MVPM: Your maintenance request for 123 Main St #2 is received. A plumber is scheduled for Tue 10-12. Reply STOP to opt out.”
How you sign up (opt in)
You agree to receive texts from us when you:
- text us first at our business number, (406) 602-2018; or
- give us your mobile number on a rental application, lease, maintenance request, or website form and check the box or otherwise clearly agree to receive text messages from MVPM.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of renting, applying, or getting maintenance. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your requests, showings, and maintenance activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier about your plan.
How to stop (opt out)
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or tell us by phone or email. We will send one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again. To sign up again, reply START.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also call (406) 602-2018 during business hours or email admin@mvpmrentals.com. For emergencies such as fire, gas smell, or danger, call 911.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or the account holder for the mobile number, to sign up. By signing up you confirm you are allowed to receive texts at that number.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent are handled under our Privacy Policy at https://mvpmrentals.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
